Fuel Donations
Garrett County CAC’s Community and Emergency Services Program is the designated agency to handle fuel fund donations in Garrett County. Allegheny Power matches all customer donations to assist with terminations. Checks should be made payable to Fuel Fund and are tax deductible.

Partners After School Programs
