Child Care Senior Staff

The Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc., Wrap Around Child Care Program is accepting applications for Child Care Senior Staff position.  The position is located in the Oakland/Grantsville Area.  Interested applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and or position requirements.  Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have completed at least 6 semester hours or 99 clock hours of pre-employment training.  Includes the School-Age class (45 clock hours) and Infant/Toddler class (45 clock hours).  Must have at least 1 year experience working with children in a licensed child care setting or have attended one year of college or a combination of work and college experience that is equivalent to one year.  Preferred qualification requirements include a Child Development Associates Certificate or AA/BA in early childhood development with at least one year of approved work related experience.
