Invitation to Bid - Replacement HVAC System at Overlook Child Development Center
 
Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc. will be accepting sealed bids for a replacement HVAC System at Overlook Child Development Center, 41 High View Drive, Oakland, MD 21550.
 
The desired system will replace the existing furnaces, air handlers, and central A/C with 1 or more wall mounted mini boilers, air handers, and A/C systems to heat and cool the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. In addition, we would like to install 3 mini-split ductless heating and cooling systems in 3 larger rooms on the 1st floor only, as a backup or quick recovery.
