Request for Proposals will be received by the Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc., c/o Mrs. Peggy Cannon, Director of Human Resources, 104 East Center Street, Oakland, MD 21550-1328 on or before * December 21, 2016 prevailing time. Mark the envelope, "On-Vehicle Video Surveillance System, GTS 17-01." Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud, at that time and place for the following project:
