Education/Life Long Learning consists of two major areas: Child Development and Asset (Adult) Development.
The purpose of the Asset Development departments is to assist families in developing and maintaining assets. Assets are something of value that you own and can be converted into cash. Examples of the types of assets GCCAC is able to assist with are homes, budgeting & financial counseling, savings accounts (IDAs) and cars.
Child Development consists of Head Start, Early Head Start (including Garrett County Judy Center), Wrap Around, and After School programs. Click the Child Development sub-menu (left) to access this area.
