Program Coordinator for Partners After School Program – Content Specialist II
 
This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating after school program activities at the Grantsville Elementary School. This is a collaborative program designed to provide after school services to students that promote positive youth development and encourage parent involvement.
 
Position Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Education or a related field with experience is preferred.  Hs Diploma with Child Care Certification and 45 hour School Age certification required.
 
The applicant must pass a criminal background check, possess a valid driver’s license and meet other pre-employment hiring criteria. This is a permanent /part-time position with benefits.

Coordinator II
 
Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc. Service Coordination Division is accepting applications for the position of Coordinator II.
 
Responsibilities for the successful applicant includes but not limited to coordinating customer access to available programs and resources by accessing family needs, coordinate client access to assigned programs, assist individuals gain information and access to health exchange information, provide case management coordination, serve on family centered teams, be familiar with the range of service programs available within the county. Experience working with the general public in a fast paced atmosphere preferred.  Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for outreach.
 
Education requirements are AA Degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required. Basic computer knowledge required. The position requires knowledge of local resources.  Must have the ability to create realistic plans with families and build rapport with wide range and diversity of people.  Position is full time with benefits. Criminal background check is required.
