Wheels-to-Work

This program, which assists low-income individuals in obtaining and maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of getting to and from work, is funded by the Department of Social Services, and administered by GCCAC.  Applicants must have at least one child, and be eligible for Temporary Cash Assistance through the Department of Social Services.  For more information on the program, call the Wheels to Work Coordinator at extension 6144.

Did you know that since 1999 GCCAC in conjunction with Social Services have put over 225 families in vehicles in order for them to have transportation back and forth from work?
