Request For Proposal - Independent Audit

 
Proposals are sought for the annual audit of the Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc. for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2018. GCCAC is a non-profit agency that administers various Federal and State grant programs. This single-audit shall be conducted under the provisions of the Uniform Guidance.
 
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “INDEPENDENT AUDIT PROPOSAL” and addressed to: Lisa Rodeheaver, Director of Human Resources, Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc., 104 East Center St., Oakland, MD. 21550.
 
To be considered, proposals must be received by Mrs. Rodeheaver no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 2018. Bids will be opened 4:10 p.m. at Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc at the Oakland address.
 
Any proposal received after the announced time will not be considered.
 
It is the Committee’s intent to select the successful bidder for audit services at the November 15, 2018 Board of Director’s meeting.
