Energy Audit/Quality Control Request for Proposal


Garrett County Community Action Committee Inc. (GCCAC) is seeking weatherization, HVAC, and Energy Audit/Quality Control Inspector contractors to complete low income weatherization jobs in Garrett County for a period beginning approximately February 1, 2019 and ending February 28, 2021.
